Beta terms
Kuida is a test and not an emergency service. If you're in danger, call your local emergency number.
By using the Kuida beta, you agree that:
- You're 18 or older.
- It's a test. Kuida may have bugs, may go down, and may send an alert late or not at all. Use it only as an extra, never instead of your usual precautions.
- It isn't an emergency service. It only messages and calls the contacts you choose. It doesn't contact the police, medical services or anyone else.
- Delivery isn't guaranteed. It depends on WhatsApp, phone networks and your contact's phone.
- You only add contacts who know you. They must agree before they get alerts, and they can stop at any time.
- You use it for your own safety only. Don't use it to track, monitor or harass anyone.
- We can change or end the beta at any time, and remove anyone who misuses it.
- You can leave at any time. Send DELETE in the Kuida chat, or email hello@kuidame.app, and your account and contacts are deleted. An active check-in has to be ended with your safe word first, and an alert already in progress always finishes before the deletion.
