Pick someone you trust
You send them a link. They tap it to agree to be your contact.

Start a check-in
Tell Kuida how long you'll be, from 30 minutes to 12 hours. Add a short note or your location if you want.

Check out with your safe word
You choose the word. We remind you before your time is up. You also pick a pressure word: if someone makes you check out, send it instead. You'll see the normal reply, and your contact is quietly alerted.

No word? We tell them.
If we don't hear from you, your contact gets an alert, and a call if the message doesn't get through. Send HELP any time to alert them straight away.
What Kuida is not
Kuida is not an emergency service. It doesn't contact the police, an ambulance or anyone except the contacts you choose, and it can't promise a message will arrive.
It isn't a dating app, a booking service or a marketplace.
Private by design
- No real name needed. A nickname works.
- Your note and location are optional. They're only sent if an alert goes out, and they're deleted when you check out.
- No tracking. We never follow your location.
- Your contacts agree before they ever hear from us, and can stop at any time.
- We don't sell or share your data.
In private beta
Kuida is being tested by invitation with adults (18+). While it's a test, use it as an extra layer, never instead of your usual precautions.
